Estate Field Blend

One of our new ESTATE wines made exclusively with grapes grown in our vineyard.  This light and expressive white is delicate, pure, and refreshing.  Field blends can be a risk but we think this one paid off. 

A field blend is made by combining different grape varietals in the field, and crushing and fermenting them together.  You lose a lot of control doing it like this, but you can create some beautiful wine.
