Frontenac Gris

Notes of strawberry, lavender, and cherry blossoms. The wine is acid driven, but balanced with some light sweetness.

WINEMAKER'S NOTES: Frontenac Gris is a grey grape that can add color depending on fermentation, which led us to create a “Pink Wine”. Not quite a white, not quite a rosé
