Frou Frou

This is a 100% estate-grown wine, primarily Edelweiss with a splash of Frontenac. Instead of adding a commercial yeast, we decided to let this wine ferment naturally.  Frou Frou has notes of strawberry, rhubarb, lavender, and lemon blossom. This beautifully crafted wine will not disappoint!

The Four Daughters' grape harvest begins every year with Edelweiss. Traditionally picked on the last weekend of August.
