EM VEE stands for multiple vintage Marquette. This blend of 2015, 2016 and 2017 Marquette wines, all aged in French oak.

WINEMAKERS NOTES

Why French oak? Because French oak makes the best wine. In order for a barrel to be called French oak, it must come from a strictly regulated forest in France. These barrels are coveted by winemakers around the world for their soft aromatics. The spice and dill you smell all come from the oak, couple this with Marquette's black pepper and dark berry, and Voila!
